We have in-house production facilities where our extensions are produced starting from scratch to the finest finish. Established 5 production units in different locations for comprehensive manufacturing capability.

Our Export Process

From temple sourcing to worldwide delivery

  • Temple Sourcing

    Virgin Indian Hair is sourced from temple auctions across South India. Hair is naturally black or brown, free of henna, and sorted by length and quality.

  • Sorting & Grading

    Raw hair is washed, sorted into Remy and Non-Remy grades, and classified by texture — straight, wavy, curly, and deep wave patterns.

  • In-House Production

    Wefts are machine-stitched or hand-tied, keratin tips bonded with Italian keratin, and wigs constructed in our five production units across Chennai.

  • Quality Control

    Every batch is inspected for cuticle alignment, weft strength, and colour consistency. Deep curls are steam-processed without hazardous chemicals.

  • Export & Certification

    Orders are packed, fumigation and phyto-sanitary certificates arranged, and shipped worldwide to 55+ countries with full export documentation.
